The Chosen One: Upon hitting an enemy with the tip of this anchor, gain a Chosen stack, increasing all of your stats by 1% up to 15%. Each stack lasts 10 seconds.

Range: 1 => 5

On Use: Swing a massive anchor around yourself, damaging enemies in it's path. The tip of this anchor deals extra damage.
